Frequently Asked Questions

How do R3ACT sneakers fit?

R3ACT models fit true to size and are based on European sizing. We recommend taking your usual shoe size.

What if I'm between two sizes?

If you are between two sizes or have wide feet, we recommend sizing up.

Do the sneakers require a break-in period?

No, absolutely none. Thanks to the development of our own proprietary mold in Portugal and the combination of our certified leathers and hybrid soles, the fit offers immediate plush comfort ("running-level comfort") from day one, with no stiffness in the heel or instep.

Do you offer half sizes?

Currently, our collections are available from 36 to 46 in full sizes. If you wear a 40.5, opt for a 41.

How to measure your foot and choose your size?

Our footwear sizes are European.

To accurately measure your foot at home:

  1. Place an A4 sheet of paper flat on the floor, against a wall.
  2. Wearing socks, place your foot on the paper with your heel firmly against the wall.
  3. Draw a line with a pencil at the tip of your longest toe.
  4. Measure the distance in centimeters between the edge of the paper (heel) and your line.

Size correspondence guide:

Foot length (cm) | Recommended size

22.5 - 23.2 cm | 36

23.3 - 23.9 cm | 37

24.0 - 24.5 cm | 38

24.6 - 25.2 cm | 39

25.3 - 25.9 cm | 40

26.0 - 26.5 cm | 41

26.6 - 27.2 cm | 42

27.3 - 27.9 cm | 43

28.0 - 28.5 cm | 44

28.6 - 29.2 cm | 45

29.3 - 29.9 cm | 46

Tip: If you are between two sizes or have wide feet, opt for the next size up. Our models fit true to size.

Do R3ACT sneakers require a break-in period?

No, none. Thanks to our own proprietary mold developed in France, the combination of our LWG-certified leathers and suedes, and our hybrid composite sole, you benefit from immediate plush comfort (running-level comfort) from the first use, with no heel stiffness.

Where are your products made and what materials do you use?

Our designs are drawn and developed in France, then assembled in Portugal in family workshops committed to their ethical expertise.

Our hybrid soles incorporate upcycled materials: used tire cords, coffee grounds and husks, rice hulls, cork, and natural latex. Our uppers use LWG (Leather Working Group) certified leathers and suedes.

What are the "No Pub" model and the "3 Euro Rule"?

We only pay the minimum for communication and advertising. The money saved is used to finance high-end components and our CSR commitment.

In addition, for each pair sold, €3 are redistributed:

  • €1 "Self": support for personal development, sport and entrepreneurship.
  • €1 "Others": local social inclusion (ESAT and inclusive logistics in Hauts-de-France).
  • €1 "Earth": regenerative agriculture projects and short supply chains.
How is R3ACT an alternative to traditional eco-friendly sneakers?

R3ACT offers a different vision of sustainable sneakers:

Committed soles: The integration of upcycled components (recycled tires, coffee grounds, banana fiber, rice husks) to reuse everyday waste.

Manufacturing quality: At the very high end of current sneakers (sole stitching, studied comfort, premium leather, etc.).

European short circuit: Design conceived in Hauts-de-France and assembly in Portugal with LWG certified leathers.

"No Ad" model: No inflated advertising budgets, which allows us to offer the fairest price.

The Rule of 3 Euros: On each pair, €3 funds concrete actions (€1 for personal development, €1 for local social integration, €1 for regenerative agriculture).
